Ticket Purchaser Policy
By purchasing a ticket to this event, the purchaser and all ticket holders agree to the following terms and conditions:
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of cancellation as determined by the event organizer.
Event Changes
Artists, schedules, set times, supporting acts, and event details are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Admission
Admission is subject to venue policies and capacity limitations. The event organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unlawful, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk, without refund.
Ticket Validity
Only tickets purchased through authorized ticketing outlets will be honored. Lost, stolen, duplicated, altered, or counterfeit tickets may be denied entry without refund.
Resale
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the event organizer. Tickets purchased in violation of this policy may be canceled without notice or refund.
Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Photography, video recording, and audio recording policies vary by event and artist. Professional cameras, recording equipment, drones, and similar devices may be prohibited. While the event organizer will make reasonable efforts to discourage unauthorized patron recording when required by the artist, attendees acknowledge that unauthorized photos and videos by other patrons may occur. The organizer cannot guarantee that all audience-generated recordings will be prevented.
Recording and Likeness Release
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded in connection with the event. Such recordings may be used by the event organizer, venue, sponsors, promoters, or artists for promotional, advertising, archival, or commercial purposes in any media without compensation.
Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live event, including but not limited to exposure to loud sound, flashing lights, weather conditions (for outdoor events), crowd activity, and other inherent risks associated with live entertainment.
Prohibited Items
The venue reserves the right to prohibit items including, but not limited to, outside food or beverages, weapons, illegal substances, laser pointers, fireworks, professional recording equipment, drones, oversized bags, and any item deemed unsafe. All guests and belongings may be subject to search as a condition of entry.
No Outside Food or Beverage
Unless specifically permitted by venue policy, outside food and beverages are prohibited.
Age Restrictions
Certain events may have age restrictions. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify age requirements before purchasing tickets. Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry.
Force Majeure
The event organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of an event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government action, labor disputes, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizer, venue, promoters, sponsors, artists, and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from attendance at the event.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Ticket Purchaser Policies and all venue rules.
